I believe in a coaching approach that combines empathetic listening with strategic action. By drawing from experience gained through certifications (DISC, Confidence Coaching, High Performance Team coaching, Neuroscience) and expertise in IT-specific frameworks like ITIL, Agile, DevOps. I aim to tailor every coaching session to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

High Performance Team Coaching:
The secret to growth and success in any business is effective teamwork. To earn this qualification I had to show the skills and tools to help clients enhance the power of teamwork and create a high-performance team environment. By utilising a heart-centred human approach, effective collaboration and clear priorities and purpose, I help clients create engaged teams performing at their best, bringing both social and business benefit to the organisation they work for.
Coaching specialism Confidence:
Obtaining the qualification specialism of Coaching Confidence Im able to help clients with personal and professional confidence issues, in a private or corporate setting. I will demonstrate an understanding of how to apply skills and tools/models in my toolset, in order to help people recognise that confidence is transitional and can be learnt. I assist clients in discovering their inner resources, developing their confidence and stepping into their confident self with ease.
DISC Certified:
Earners of DISC Certification know the foundation of DISC personality profiling & are able to better understand themselves & others by revealing the 4 basic behaviour preferences that drive behaviour. They are aware how ones personality is linked to their motivators, fears & drivers & how to unlock them to maximise performance. They are able to modify their own style & use DISC to increase awareness and enhance relationships in all areas of their personal and professional lives.
DISC Accreditation:
Earners of DISC Accreditation have a deeper understanding of the 4 DISC preferences. They recognise the difference between the graphs & have the ability to give clients a complete DISC reading from the graphs alone. They are aware of special patterns, blends and intensity of each style & know how to approach this with clients and support them in understanding their own strengths and developmental areas in order to maximise performance. This is a CPD Standards Office Accredited training programme.
Life coach:
Earners of Life Coaching Diploma have the fundamental skills and tools required to work with individuals or groups to deliver coaching on any topic. Supporting clients to set goals for success and challenging unhelpful thoughts/behaviour, empowering them to take responsibility and action to achieve what they want in any area of their lives. This is awarded to coaches that have completed an Association for Coaching approved programme at an Accredited Certificate in Coach Training level.
Neuroscience and Coaching:
Earners of CPD for Coaches Neuroscience have a good understanding of how our brains and nervous system directly affect our thoughts, feelings & behaviour & use this insight with clients to positively impact motivation, goal setting & action planning. They have knowledge of relevant neuroscientific theory, brain structure and neuroplasticity as well as practical tools from neuroscience to support clients. This is a CPD Standards Office Accredited training programme.
Transactional Analysis and Coaching:
Earners of this badge know that each person is in the grip of 1 of 3 ego states and is prone to living a Life Script, decided upon in childhood. They are able to identify which ego state their clients are operating from and help them switch quickly to achieve the best outcomes. They incorporate various TA concepts to help clients re-write unhelpful scripts & gain control of the key Psychological Drivers in order to live authentically. This is a CPD Standards Office Accredited training programme.
Coaching for Effective Work Life Balance:
Earners of CPD for Coaches Effective Work Life Balance have a greater understanding of effective time management and striking a balance between work and home life. They can support their clients with practical tools to tackle procrastination, work more productively, set clear boundaries of where work fits in with their wider life and ultimately feel empowered to create a balance which truly aligns their life priorities. This is a CPD Standards Office Accredited training programme.
